Dining Operations
Woodland Hills Country Club offers its members a wide variety of food and beverage options at the club. With a brand-new executive chef and new and improved operations, Woodland Hills Country Club welcomes its members to a full service social and restaurant experience.
Club Charge: The added Club Charge for meal or beverage service is 15%. Servers will receive 1/3 of the current Club Charge, and another 1/3 will be disbursed to other restaurant staff including bartenders, bussers, and food runners. The remaining 1/3 is used by the club to help pay for regular maintenance and restoration of the Club and other costs incurred by the Club. Please consider leaving an additional gratuity when you receive exceptional service, which will be paid directly to your server. This is subject to change.
Dinner Reservations: Woodland Hills Country Club always encourages members to make a dinner reservation for Wednesday and Friday nights. You can make a reservation at any time by emailing [email protected].
Member Events: Please view the club calendar online and on the mobile application to learn about upcoming events at the club. In addition, the membership and events department will communicate member events via email and the club’s bulletin boards around the property. Please make sure you have a valid email address to receive announcements.
Booking Special Events: If you would like to book a private event at Woodland Hills Country Club, please contact Director of Events Rebecca Bauman at [email protected] or 818-347-1511 ext. 226. Rebecca will connect with you to discuss dates, prices, and room availability.
Club Hours of Operation: Please view club hours of operation on our website under the About Us section. Although club hours typically do not change once seasonal hours are established, they are subject to change, especially if/when the club is hosting various member events.
Food Allergies: If you or any of your party has a food allergy, please inform your wait staff before ordering food. The kitchen and staff will inform you if we can accommodate you on your selection.
Wine Cabinet: If you would like to store wine bottles at the club, please contact Jennifer Schofield at [email protected] for more information. Members may store up to 12 bottles of standard-sized bottles for $5 a month. There is a $10 corkage fee for any bottles opened at the club.
Golf Course Comfort Stations / 10th Tee / Food Orders: Woodland Hills Country Club offers members multiple food and beverage options on the golf course.
In the fall of 2021, Woodland Hills County Club installed two permanent comfort stations on holes No. 3 and No. 17. The stations include complimentary fountain drinks and assorted snacks for members and guests.
The club also offers a snack shop at the 10th tee along with to-go orders taken at the bar. Please view the club’s hours of operation to view the schedules of all services available. To order food to-go while on the golf course, please call 818- 347-1511, ext. 222 (Main Bar) for assistance. Note that food and drink orders from the bar take longer depending on staff and outside service attendants’ availability. We encourage members to order to-go food before their round to avoid wait times.
